Two-Day Dissection Session Enhances Learning for Physiotherapy Students at Shri Guru Ram Rai Medical University
A group of 49 students from the Department of Physiotherapy participated in a two-day dissection class held at Shri Guru Ram Rai Medical University on 28th and 29th May, 2025.
The sessions aimed to enhance the students’ understanding of human anatomy through hands-on exposure to cadaveric dissection. Under the supervision of faculty in-charge Dr. Abhinav A. Singh, the students gained valuable insights into the structural complexities of the human body—an essential component of their academic and clinical training.
The dissection classes are part of an ongoing effort by the Dolphin Institute to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical learning. Such collaborative educational opportunities are instrumental in preparing students for their future roles in patient care and rehabilitation.
The Department of Physiotherapy expressed gratitude to Indiresh Medical Institute for facilitating the sessions and supporting interdisciplinary learning between institutions.
