Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Groups Cell (SEDGC)has been established to promote inclusive, equitable, and quality higher education for students belonging to Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Groups. The Cell works to ensure a safe, supportive, and non-discriminatory environment, protect students’ dignity and rights, and facilitate access to academic support, mentoring, counselling, and institutional opportunities. Through this initiative, the Institute reaffirms its commitment to inclusion, equal opportunity, and student welfare in line with NEP 2020 and UGC guidelines.
