Physiotherapy Camp: Improving Patient Function and Quality of Life
The Department of Physiotherapy at DIBNS is committed to promoting musculoskeletal health and well-being in the community. In line with this objective, a physiotherapy camp was organized on June 17th, 2023, at the Premnagar OPD, under the supervision of Dr. Naseema Ansari.

Target Population and Ailments Addressed:
The camp focused on providing physiotherapy services to patients experiencing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including:
- Back pain
- Neck pain
- Calcaneal spur (heel pain)
- Knee pain
Intervention and Patient Education:
The camp offered a comprehensive approach to patient care. Patients received:
- Physiotherapy interventions tailored to their specific condition.
- Educational sessions on home exercises to manage their pain and improve their condition in the long term.
Camp Goals:
The primary goals of the physiotherapy camp were to:

- Enhance patients’ quality of life by enabling them to function and move normally in their daily activities.

The physiotherapy camp organized by DIBNS was a successful initiative in providing accessible and effective care to the community.
