Dolphin P.G. Institute of Biomedical & Natural Sciences observed Anti-Ragging Week from 12th to 18th August 2026 with a series of awareness activities aimed at promoting a safe, welcoming and respectful campus environment for all students.
As part of the campaign, students actively participated in the “Say No to Ragging” pledge, reaffirming their commitment to maintaining dignity, mutual respect and a supportive atmosphere on campus. Anti-Ragging undertakings were also signed by all students, reinforcing the Institute’s zero-tolerance approach towards ragging.
The Anti-Ragging Squad conducted regular rounds across the campus to monitor the surroundings and ensure that students felt safe and comfortable. Awareness posters carrying messages against ragging were displayed at prominent locations to sensitise students about the harmful effects of ragging and the importance of reporting any such incident.
The activities organised during Anti-Ragging Week, including Anti-Ragging Day, emphasised that every student has a role to play in creating a campus free from fear, intimidation and harassment. The Institute reiterated its commitment to ensuring a safe, inclusive and ragging-free learning environment for all.
